Here, in the Component Services, you should go to Services. Then you have to right click on Print Spooler. After this, you should hit on ‘Stop‘or ‘Restart‘option. 5. Delete Pre-Existing Driver Files from the Registry Editor: First, just press the Windows Key + R altogether. Then in the Run search bar, you should type Regedit. After this, just visit to the below location: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\Print\Printers \YourPrinter’sName\CopYFiles From here, you should delete the ICM folder.
