Aims and objectives Steering Committee Karabuk -Nov15-16 2012- GIP FIPAG Presentation -Increasing the skills of professionals in the energy and climate sector with the help of a certification registered in the national professional certification system and recognized by the profession the project will contribute : -in the reduction of primary energy consumption - and in the developing of renewable energies to act for the preservation of the environment by reducing greenhouse gas emissions. -.

HOW ? Steering Committee Karabuk -Nov15-16 2012- GIP FIPAG Presentation the transfer of the job and training benchmark descriptions of the French certification "Renewable Energy Technician" to TR and PT. This transfer will be done by an adaptation of the existing training program to the specificities of the two recipient countries to achieve a shared European synthesis recognized and registered in the National Qualification system in TR and PT

Threeworking groups Steering Committee Karabuk -Nov15-16 2012- GIP FIPAG Presentation THE STEERING COMMITTEE: It will meet four times during the project and is composed of one representant of all the consortium partners. - It starts, follows and adapts the action plan and the project productions - It arbitrates potential conflicts between partners - It monitors the implementation, validates the project results and follows the quality plan - It organizes the dissemination of the results. The external evaluator P8 (IT) is involved in the steering committees. It transfers to the steering committee the results of its evaluations and makes its recommendations to guarantee the selected project quality criteria.

It consists of the promoter and national leader TR: Karabuk University, the FR project coordinator: GIP FIPAG, the two other national leaders: GV5 and Externato Oliveira Martins EOM. This group is responsible for preparing and organizing all the activities in the 3 countries.
Threeworking groups Steering Committee Karabuk -Nov15-16 2012- GIP FIPAG Presentation • THE THREE NATIONAL GROUPS : led by the national leader : Karabuk University in TR, GV5 in FR, and Externato Oliveira Martins EOM in PT. • It is composed by the company or the company association partners, the certification bodies in PT and TR and at least two associated silent partners (Hidroazul and SociedadeIlidioPaiva -PT & EMA Enerji-TR) and scientific organizations specializing in renewable energy and national regulations of the building industry.

After having identified the professional and training needs , their missions are: • - Define the axes of the new certifications • - Indicate the orientations to constitute a new offer of training • -Write all the results. • In Turkey and Portugal, to recruit the 60 trainers to be trained (30 in each country) • -Contribute to experiment new training offers • -Ensure the dissemination and valorization of the results in the national territory. • The national group in FR will study and follow the work done by the training course design group to include new transferable developments in the French certification.
THE 5 WORKPACKAGES Steering Committee Karabuk -Nov15-16 2012- GIP FIPAG Presentation • •WP1: construction of two certifications (Pt, Tr) • from October 2012 to September 2013 (month M1 to month M12 ) • targeted results: • R1: 2 certifications in accordance with national regulations and each comprising a modular training offer • R2: the creation and implementation of the website.

THE 5 WORKPACKAGES Steering Committee Karabuk -Nov15-16 2012- GIP FIPAG Presentation • : WP3- Experimentation - testing/ transfer of results. • from October 2013 to March 2014 (month M1 year 2 -month M 6 year 2) • targeted results: • R4. : A self-assessment survey of training needs of trainers • R5: training of trainers • R6: training sessions for 60 trainers (30 PT, 30 TR)
THE 5 WORKPACKAGES Steering Committee Karabuk -Nov15-16 2012- GIP FIPAG Presentation • WP4- dissemination and valorization. • from October 2012 to September 2014 (month M1 year 1 - month M12 year 2) • R7: a training session in each of the three recipient countries for 45 technicians (15 in each country) • R8: a project promotion poster in 1000 copies in English • R9: 3 newsletters in English in 150 copies in each of three countries • R10: a project CD presenting the results in 500 copies • R11: a DVD entitled "Good Practice - renewable energy technician" in 500 copies that will be a working tool for trainers and a promotion tool to students
