  2. How to Print Background Image in Excel If you utilize a traditional way to insert the background photo to the spreadsheet, then Excel will not print the photo. You have to insert photos individually in the spreadsheet as it can discover photos when printing. It is available for Office 365, 2016 or 2019 users. You may navigate to Page Layout by default and then tap on Background button to insert the photo in the background. Though it will work till you put the spreadsheet on the PC. When you attempt to print the document, it will remove background photo instantly. At times, you may have to paste the photo in background to set up properly.

  3. How to Print Background Photo in Excel If you want to print background photo in Excel, then abide by the given steps: Finish editing the spreadsheet in Excel. Add the shape covered the data. Insert the image from the photo or texture fill menu. Modify transparency. Print spreadsheet.

  4. As you complete editing the spreadsheet, you may add a background photo as the background picture is added; it may become difficult to edit a spreadsheet. If you have completed the editing process, then navigate to Insert button and tap on Shapes button. Then select the rectangle shape and apply the mouse to hide the entire area that has the data. If it includes the information from A1 to Z100, then you should wrap the complete part with shape. Like the background, a picture is going to add depending on the chosen area. Then right-click on a shape and then tap on Format Shape button. It will then launch the window at the right. Enlarge Fill section and then choose the Photo or texture fill button from the list. It will help to insert the photo or the texture in the background. Tap on Insert option below Picture source button to change the default texture. You need to select an image. If you have a photo already in the Computer, then tap on From a File button. If you need to get the photo from the site, you must press Online Photo option and then follow the given steps. Once adding the photo finishes, modify the transparency level so that it may perform as the watermark. Then apply the Transparency section to modify it depending on the needs. Then you will be able to print a spreadsheet, and it will not delete the photo from the background.
