The Hoozinc project manager first meets the client and visits the space to clearly understand the theme or concepts. • The Hoozinc art director designs a mood-board showcasing the possible ideas that can spawn from the client’s brief. • After the client approves of a certain direction, the art director and the team hold a brainstorming session and then initiate the design process. With two major rounds of discussion between our team and the client, we come up with a final design for the graffiti art. • The project manager along with an assigned artist are then in charge of completing the project within the allocated time-frame.
