  2. KHS Network • KHS provides each student access to a personal network drive and a student common network drive. • Your personal drive is where you can save small project files. • The student common folder is to save files between students in this class only.

  3. Student Common Folder • Folder Name: KNeely • Subfolder: 1st Period, 2nd Period, 4th Period, 5th Period, 7th Period • Items in the student common folder will be deleted periodically. This is not a permanent storage location. • Only class related files are stored in the student common folder.

  4. Personal Folder • Save all of your work to your personal folder. • For work done in Adobe Premiere, set up a local folder in “My Documents/My Videos” • Create a folder: lastname_period • Delete old files or burn your project to a DVD

  5. File Management • Create the following folders in you personal folder: • Projects – all projects will go into this folder • Photos – all photos go in this folder • Media – store any music or media files in this folder. • Make sure to clean up periodically to save network space (save to CD if you want to keep old projects)
