General Updates from Program Mgt. & Co-Chairs • Importance of IT at Harvard continues: • Harvard corporation adding a member with IT expertise • Looking to tie the importance of IT someway to the Harvard Campaign • Milestone coming re: Service Catalog • Bring larger group together as the service catalog nears completion • Refreshments for our next meeting as a small thank you! • HR Updates – Skills survey • Goal, retain, re-train and redeploy • Who’s doing what, how many do we have with certain skill types • Also identify any skills used out of work that may want to bring in • Training folks would like to see • Survey turnaround time – one week – will be on-line – have drop down options • Survey Will be mandatory • Other updates from HR: • CTO position – search committee in progress (about 100 applicants) • Director, IT Client Services and Chief Information Security Officer positions posted • IT Summit – June 23rd: 9:00am • 45 presentations submitted • Offered to the whole IT community – all invited to the Summit
