Some General Updates • Transition Team isites FAQs are being refreshed this week - continue to visit! • Town Hall meetings have been scheduled – we encourage you and staff members to attend • Tuesday, February 8, 2011; 4:00pm-5:30pm; Science Center Hall D • Thursday, February 10, 2011; 10:00am – 11:30am; Harvard Business School – Spangler Auditorium • List of Infrastructure Services due to Program Mgt. Monday 2/7 for initial review by Transition Team: • Susan and Eric to put together master list • Please update your Service Templates by End of Day 2/3 (as best as possible) • Outreach Requests were submitted last week: Infrastructure had 10 requests
First Round Customer Input/Review • Program Mgt. would like each primary group to submit (3) customer names for initial customer input/review of the service catalog (what’s missing, is it understandable, etc) • This will be the first pass at input – there will be more opportunities • Co-chairs and Program Managers from Infrastructure met yesterday to discuss – we came up with these names as potential candidates: • Stephen Ervin - Assistant Dean IT - GSD • Josh Mcintosh – Associate Dean of Harvard College – Student Life • Taso Markatos – CIO HSPH • Paul Malagrifa – Director of Campus Services – Central Admin • Ben Gaucherin – CIO HLS • James Cuff/Russ Porter – Director of Research Computing FAS • Recommended Candidates: • Stephen Ervin - Assistant Dean IT - GSD • Josh Mcintosh – Associate Dean of Harvard College – Student Life • Taso Markatos – CIO HSPH • Alternate: Paul Maligrifia – Director of Campus Services – Central Admin

Then need to define how we get to the final delivery model, without breaking current (transition). Establish a 12 month implementation plan based on above – scope, schedule, resources, communications
