Our study - objectives • Increase visibility and impact of consortium projects in Europe • Contribute to the evidence base on public libraries and the EQUAL agenda: France, Italy, UK • Analyse existing conditions, progress, steps needed • Provide realistic, helpful guidance to professionals and policy makers across Europe • Encourage participation by libraries in EQUAL and development of opportunities through structural, national funds
