  4. A few Ways to Modify Images • http://pixlr.com/editor/ • Free and on Web • Doesn’t require an install • Photoshop • If you already have the CS suite • Otherwise costs money • MS Paint has an option to re-size • Free and already installed • GIMP • Free photo editor similar to Photoshop
