Purpose – MCTSG Bylaws The purpose of Technology Solutions Group of the MCOECN is to provide technical leadership, analysis of emerging technologies, optimal technology solutions, staff development for the educational community, and a revenue stream for the MCOECN*. *Since 1995, close to $2M contributed to MCOECN
