Give thrust for large scale utilization of benefit of Biotechnology to ensure optimum utilization of local bio resources to increase production in Agriculture, Fisheries and Animal Resources. • Appropriate projects to be taken up to ensure value addition on local resources based production, post harvest losses and waste utilization.
