Events Calendar • How? • SerialCalendarAdvanced OptionsEnter/Modify event • Club moderator’s organization should appear in “Organization” menu. • You must me a moderator for the club. • Guidelines • Be diligent about entering all of your events. • Request to be a club moderator now! • Problems? Serial Student and Club Announcements • How? • Go to the Serial. Click on “Request a Posting”. Follow the directions on Serial FAQ and Policies Page and send email to Serial Editor: serial@kellogg.northwestern.edu • Guidelines • Announcements are generally first come, first served and will typically be posted 3 days in advance. If sign-up for event is needed, will be posted 7 days in advance. • Will typically not be posted on Serial unless posted on calendar already.
Class Listservs • Limit of ONE per event per week. • Total: Conferences (6), Paid (4), All Others (3) • Messages are archived • Event must be posted to the calendar first. • No commercial announcements • No surveys! • Subject Line Format = “High Tech Club: Jeff Bezos 10/15” • No messages larger than 150K • Allow up to 24 hours for message to be approved. • SerialStudent OrganizationsListserv
