SWOTANALYSIS College Strengths • Good contacts / relations • Good human resources • Special expertise. • Recognized of staff. • Location in center of South Sulawesi INTERNAL • Innovative programs/services. • Good overall reputation. • Accessibility –day, night, on line. • New Laboratory; biology, chemist, computer, and studio.

SWOTANALYSIS College Weaknesses INTERNAL • Lack of financial support for faculty Scholarship. • Lack of managerial depth and talent • Inadequate resources for recruitment and marketing to recruit student • Vulnerable to competitive pressures • Understaffing at all department • Lack of Infrastructure; physical • Underdeveloped campus life and facilities • Lack of Data Base

SWOTANALYSIS EXTERNAL Opportunities • Expand services to meet broader range of student needs. • Economic conditions. • Expectations of stakeholders • Partner with International Univ; Griffith University • Becoming a leader in interdisciplinary. • Continuing education for intellectual enrichment and for people of all ages. • Use new Technology • Social partnership (NGOs, local community, the economy)

  9. Conclusion • SWOT profile of School Public Health Hasanuddin University is usefully to increasing work-perform in academic mission; education, research and services to become the leader institution in 2015.
