Business & Personal Goals Business Personal • The next steps I need to take to make my business fully operational are, buy or rent a place where I could make many more pierogie’s daily, hire a few skilled employees, and lastly advertise my business in other towns, possibly states. • I will maintain the quality of my food by using the same recipe always. • The way I would expand my business would be to sell my products and advertise in busy places. • I’m really not sure how big my business could get but I’ll find out in the long run. Short-Term • The education or train I could get for my business would be to learn how to possibly make a better pierug using better cheese and flour. Also a new type of filling such as fruit or meat. • Someone I would seek out as a mentor would most likely be my mother. • I plan to run this business until I completely finish college. • I’m not sure how this experience will help me with my career. Long-Term
