  3. Improving corruption prevention skills: different states – differentapproaches? GREECE/EKDDA • Innovative Workshop of deliberation on anti-corruption where a Policy Paper & a Road Map were produced (2011) 2. Co-operation with “Task Force for Greece” for the implementation of focused trainings following a Road Map on “Anti-Money Laundering” set up by the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Justice and the Public Prosecutor for Financial Crimes together with EU experts (2012 – now) 3. Innovative workshop of deliberation on e-Prescription regarding the implementation of the (then) recently legislated e-Health programme (2011). The workshop delivered a Policy Paper & a Road Map with guidelines as to the management of the e-Prescription project 4. Co-operation with the Ministry of Health and “Task Force for Greece” for the implementation of specialised interventions regarding the reform of the Hellenic Health System 5. Training for all the civil servants of the Ministry of Finance (2012 – now) DISPA VILNIUS/Dr. FaniKomseli

  4. “Reinforcing Transparency and fighting against corruption”:a workshop of deliberation that delivered a Policy Paper Road Map • 54 participants from the public/private sector, academicians, researchers, NGOs and experts from Estonia and the USA • 3 working groups – 3 separate subtopics : “Transparency reinforcement, prevention of corruption phenomena” “Suppression of corruption phenomena, auditing mechanisms, disciplinary process, administration of justice” “Educating, training, raising awareness, motivating the citizens” DISPA VILNIUS/Dr. FaniKomseli

  5. “Reinforcing Transparency and fighting against corruption”:a workshop that delivered a Policy Paper with a Road Map Working Group 1: “Transparency reinforcement, prevention of corruption phenomena” • 13 proposals towards building transparency through e-Governance • 13 proposals for interventions and improvements of the PA function • 11 proposals for a better use of the human resourcesand the reinforcement of the citizen’s role • 4 proposals regarding the function of the auditing mechanisms DISPA VILNIUS/Dr. FaniKomseli

  13. “Anti-Money Laundering” Road Map:Indicative characteristics of the relevant trainings (EKDDA - TFGR) • Experts from: FIOD (the Dutch Taxation Authority with which EKDDA signed a Co-operation Contract) • Educational Unit: Institute of Training (INEP) • Trainees from: the Hellenic Taxation Authority, the Economic Crime Police, the Public Prosecutor’s Office, the Hellenic Authority for the Fight Against Money-Laundering, the Central Service of the Ministry of Finance, the Bank of Greece • 3-level trainings (from basic to advanced where real case studies are addressed) DISPA VILNIUS/Dr. FaniKomseli

  15. e-Prescription workshop & Policy Paper • Participants from: the public/private sectors, social partners, universities, technological institutes, the Hellenic Ombudsman, the Prime Minister’s Office, experts from Denmark, Sweden and Germany • What was discussed and agreed upon: a. The Strategic Planning for the development of the e-Prescription System and its interface with the rest of the e-Health services b. The funding modelthe supporting operational measures c. The functional planning and the supporting structures for the implementation of the measure d. Innovative ideas for the activation of the e-Prescription System stakeholders DISPA VILNIUS/Dr. FaniKomseli

  16. “Health in Action” Project: co-operating with the Ministry of Health & TFGR Actions supported by EKDDA • Action Α: Funding of the function of the Reform Committees per field, with the organisation of sessions where various experts participate • Action Β:Elaboration ofAction Plans(per field) by experts from EU m/s • Action C:Evaluation of the current situation by experts from EU m/s regarding the Hospital Management, the Primary Health Care as well as the Medicines Invoicing and Reimbursing (at every milestone) • Action D:Study visits of Hellenic delegations abroad DISPA VILNIUS/Dr. FaniKomseli
