There are seven species of sea turtles. • Green sea turtle • Hawksbill sea turtle • Kemp's riley sea turtle • Loggerhead sea turtle • Olive riley sea turtle. • Leatherback sea turtle. • Flatback Sea turtle. • Five of the species have been identified as "endangered" or "critically endangered.

Tortoise generally found in Asia and Africa but found in South America As well. • The biggest tortoise in the world are found in Galapagos Islands South America.
Tortoise Vs Turtle • Turtle : Shell is lighter helps to swim fast. • Tortoise : Shell is heavier helps to protect from other animals. • Turtle: Lives for 20 to 40 years. (oldest was 86 yrs) • Tortoise : Lives for 80 to 150 years (Oldest is 326 years)
