Project Review • Applications and CSXT Specifications located at: http://www.csx.com/?fuseaction=general.csxp_lease • Application process for utilities • Complete application package sent to CSXT • application, drawings, location photos, engineering review fee • CSXT reviews proposal • location, specification adherence, safety • Upon approval, an agreement and checklist are prepared and sent to applicant • Signed agreements and checklist items are returned to CSXT • CSXT signs agreements and returns an original along with information for construction scheduling.

Project Review • Helpful hints • Make sure application and drawings are as complete as possible • Send the application, drawings (up to size 11x17), and review fee together in one package • Provide any additional location information available • distances from nearest road, photos, aerial maps with proposed location marked, latitude/longitude • When modifying an existing facility, include the following: • existing agreement number • show any existing facility on the drawings, label as existing, and provide intended actions taking place with existing facilities (being removed, remaining, etc.) • bold the proposed modifications • if relocating, show distance from existing facility to new proposed location
