Club Homepage At the bottom of the Homepage are a number of links to other Rotary sites, Popular club pages and help and support including tutorials
What We Do Pages These are the main public pages which tell visitors all about the club. It is up to each club to decide what to put here. You can put a link to a major event or project or maybe to your newsletter.
What We Do Pages Here is a example from my club site. First there are a few words about community and vocational service. Then there is Youtube video There is a contact link And at the right hand side there are links back to the other ‘What we do’ pages
Programme To see the programme goto the homepage then click ‘Programme’. Click here for future programme Click here for completed programme Click here for future district events Click here to goto the future programme Click here for events from other clubs in your area
Future Programme This shows the future club programme. You can see the completed programmes for each year by clicking on the boxes Or from the main menu
Full Calendar Clicking on Calendar brings up this page You can go to the page about the event by clicking on it
Future District Events Clicking on Future District Events brings up this page You can go to the page about the event by clicking on the ‘Read More’ button You can make any event appear on the District Site by ticking a box in the admin area (we will cover this later). You do not need the DG’s permission to do this. Charter Celebrations appear automatically
Future Area Events Clicking on Future Events from Other Local Clubs brings up this page which is a list of events from other clubs in your Area Any events posted by clubs in your area will appear here automatically You can go to the page about the event by clicking on the ‘Read More’ button
Photo Galleries Any page on which you have uploaded a slideshow will automatically appear here. It is a good way of keeping an archive of what you have been up to Clicking on the ‘Read More’ button takes you to the page where you can scroll through the other images in a similar way to that used on the Homepage
The Team This pages lists all the officers, committee chairs and any other posts you might want to allocate people to. If that member has a photo on the system then it will be displayed. Clicking on the boxes along the top allow you to look at the teams for past years and the list of past presidents
Links and News There are some standard links here but you can also add your own too The main carousel pages from the District website are displayed here There are also news feeds from both RI and RIBI
Logging In To login first click here If you have forgotten your details click here and you can reset them. This is done by sending you an email with a reset link to the email address registered on the site Enter your username and password and then click ‘Log In’

Future Programme At first glance this may appear the same as the public ‘future events’ page we saw a few minutes ago but there are some slight differences. District events appear interleaved with the club events You access completed events and the calendar via the top bar or the ‘year’ buttons If you are a Club Admin, you can get to the admin page of any event easily by clicking on the orange ‘Admin Edit’ button You can duplicate an event by clicking on the ‘D’
Future Programme Clicking on the calendar icon allows you to import your Rotary calendar into your online diary such as that on a phone

Apologies Click the meeting you wish to apologise for Add a message e.g. reason for absence Add Signature if not already there Select recipients Click Send
Other Club’s Meetings Click here to see other club meetings in the District and all District charter celebrations
Contact and Search Click here to contact and search for members
Members Area You can email a member You can see a member’s service history Clicking on this tab allows you to email members
Members Area Tick the boxes of those who should receive the email or tick the ‘all members ‘box Enter the message subject, message text and your signature Click the ‘send email’ button

Equivalent Officers Click here for details of the other people in the district holding the same office Select the office You can send an email by ticking ‘email select ’ button and then filling in the email form at the bottom
Any Club Officer by Post Click here to find other officers in the district Select the office via the drop-down list and click ‘Go’. You will get a similar display to the last slide
Rotarians in the District Click here for to find and contact any Rotarian in the District Select the club from the drop down list and optionally enter the surname and/or first name then click ‘Search’ You can send an email by clicking on the ‘send email’ button
Officers in All Clubs Click here for to get a list of all officers in the District You will get a list of all officers by club You can send an email by clicking the ‘Send Email’ button
