The police requires for their control the registration in the Dutch NIWO list of both, the disposal company and the appointed shipper. ► Aim: clarifying European law on cross-border freight haulage.

Case StudiesMicro-Lobbying 5 Liter Containers: Intervention in case of trade barriers and market access ► Problem: a prohibition order of the local German government forbids a German company to sell fruit juice in 5 liter containers. ► Aim:Applicable German law not compatible with EU legislation; submitting a complaint to the DG Internal Market; temporary suspension of the prohibition order and repeal of the German legal norm.
