    1. 1 NOAALink Procurement Plan as of Nov 2008 NOAA-wide acquisition of IT products and services. Expected use for general purpose IT, available for mission systems. Potential use DOC-wide. Multiple awards Strategic Management – one contractor receives tasks – e.g., NOAA program management office support, NOAA-wide enterprise architecture, IV&V of NOAA-Link tasks, NOAA-Link acquisition support. Small business set-aside. Conflict of interest with IT product and service delivery. IT product and service delivery – multiple contractors competing for individual tasks – e.g., continuity of current services or new NOAA-wide requirements for desktop management, infrastructure management, information security, help desk operations, COTS H/W & S/W delivery, application development, system integration and training. Small businesses are encouraged to participate. Awardees will be able to bid IT product and service delivery task orders in all categories.
