Program Planning and Reporting • Yes! • Plan 60% of your assigned program time • You must connect at least one Program to your plan, then add inputs • Use 220 days =1.0 FTE (260 days minus vacation days, holidays, potential sick leave days) • Plan outputs, too • Report 100% of your program time • No. • Search committees • Local celebrations • Planning for association/regional meetings • Professional development • Administrative assignments • Track: • Non-program time and effort for your performance review • CPRS data will support and substantiate programming efforts for your review
