The purpose of this work was to: • Open up different possibilities for classroom practice for the benefit of student learning • Develop and sustain a collegiate staff learning community with energy and commitment to enquire into and enhance educational practice

Activity: • Choose a recorded example of a moment in a teaching and learning session • What do you first notice? Record your response on the paper provided • Now notice something different and record this • Compare what you have noticed with what has been noticed by others
