Building a Den. Libby Palmer. We went down to the woods and my Dad helped me chop some small branches. The knife was very sharp!. Dad chopped the ends to make them pointy So that we could push them into the ground. We pushed the ends of the branches into the ground to make a wigwam shape.

  1. Building a Den Libby Palmer

  2. We went down to the woods and my Dad helped me chop some small branches.

  3. The knife was very sharp! Dad chopped the ends to make them pointy So that we could push them into the ground.

  4. We pushed the ends of the branches into the ground to make a wigwam shape. Then tied some string around the top to keep them together.

  5. Then we put lots more branches all around the sides to make walls. And some more!

  6. Then I found some nice soft fern to put on the floor. That’s me making it nice and comfortable.

  7. All that hard work made me hungry! And a bit tired!!
