The Ingredients of Local Success • Regional Steering Committee: • Promote TIM to regional decision-makers • Justify investment • Remove institutional barriers • Create joint operating policies/procedures • Share best practices across region • Promote the sense of inclusion and connection • Emphasize the collaboration aspect of TIM • Local TIM Teams: • Focus on tactical issues • Facilitate freeway operations plans or EMS response to trauma cases • Conduct after action reviews, construction project awareness, training • Focus on the coordination aspect of TIM
