Ownership and Funding The ISN was established in 1994 and is run by theCenter for Security Studies (CSS)It is jointly funded bythe Swiss Federal Department of Defence, Civil Protection and Sport (DDPS)and ETH Zurich (Swiss Federal Institute of Technology)
