Experience Gained by WAPCOS • The Afghanis are very friendly to Indians. • The Afghani human resources are very industrious • Even un-educated Afghani has great inbuilt technical skill to evolve local technology • Small hydro power generation has been seen upto 0.5 K Watt. • The security concern is not really what is assessed by rest of the world through media 41
