  1. General Meeting • November 1st, 2013 • We will take your UNICEF money upfront now

  2. T-Shirt Sales! • Grab a form from up front • DUE NO LATER THAN NOV. 22! • $9 • They make our club look really good when you wear them serving throughout the community. • This is not a requirement.

  3. UNICEF Donations • Bring canned foods to room 132 this morning. (NOT during class) • Bring $ donations up front to Taylor after the meeting. • $10 and/or 10 food items equals 1 KC hour. Max of 4 hours.

  4. Pie Sales • Larry McFadden, President of local Kiwanis Club • Kiwanis sponsors our club by helping pay for things like the convention fees and they also give us a scholarship every year.

  5. Upcoming Events • Set up for school musical this weekend • All but 8 tables stacked against the wall for tonight • Concessions at Bielenburg • Fundraiser for play ground ($25 for 1 KC or non-KC hour, Max 2 hours) • FMSC

  6. Hospital Volunteering • Volunteering at United in St. Paul for regular non Key Club hours • Looks great on college apps • Tremendous impact on patients and employees • Come up front to get a business card or go to allinahealth.org and click on give/volunteer for more information.

  7. More info on the Concessions • Please sign up for the 5-9 shift that is empty, if you cannot stay the whole time, that is ok. • Depending on the shift you are working, you will be helping set up, or selling/cooking various foods. • Please follow sanitation rule that are given to you at the event and represent our club well. This is a big event and we are helping a lot of people!

  8. Hours Deadline • Our first hours deadline is December 13th! • Make sure you are filling out your hours sheet as you go, you should have at least 5 KC hours and 4 non KC hours by Dec 13. • You can get an hours sheet on our website or on our Facebook page.
