Solving SAS • Use the Law of Cosines to find the missing side. • Use the Law of Sines to find the angle across from the shortest given side • Find the third angle by subtracting the other two from 180˚.

Solving SSS • Use the Law of Cosines to find the angle opposite the longest side. • Use the Law of Sines to find either of the remaining (acute) angles. • Find the third angle by subtracting the other two from 180˚.
