Early Childhood Program-Wide PBIS Benchmarks of Quality (EC BoQ) • Annual Assessment • Team & Coach Complete the form together • One set of scores is entered into PBIS Assessment • Reports are generated for Action Planning • Annual reports are generated for monitoring progress of implementation

  3. Early Childhood Program-Wide PBIS Benchmarks of Quality (EC BoQ) • The Local PBIS Assessment Coordinator sets up the survey window • Teams use the School Code to access the survey at www.pbisassessment.org • Teams can refer to a hard copy or can view the survey online

  6. EC BoQCompletion Directions • Log into www.pbisassessment.org • Use school code to access site • Launch the survey

  7. EC BoQ Completion Directions • Enter the date the survey is completed and click on the gray arrow: At the end of each section, click on the gray arrow to move to the next page.

  17. Submit the Survey At the end of the survey, click on Submit Survey. You’ll receive a confirmation when it’s been submitted.

  18. Viewing Reports • Once the survey has been submitted, the following reports will be available: • Total Score • Subscale • Items • Download • The reports can be used for Action Planning and Data Based Decision Making

  19. How to View Reports Click on Early Childhood Program-Wide Benchmarks of Quality under Reports. Click on either the Total Score or the gray arrow to view the report.

  20. The Report type will default to Total Score, select the date range and click Display. To view the Subscale, Items or Download Reports, use the gray arrow to select the report, and then click on Display.

  21. Total Score Report The Total Score provides the percentage of items that were scored as “In Place”.

  22. Subscale Report The Subscale report provides the percentage of items that were scored as “In Place” in each of the subscales of the EC BoQ.

  23. Items The Items Report provides information on how each item was scored.

  24. Exporting and Printing Each report can be exported as either a pdf or excel file. Choose either PDF or Excel/CSV. Click on Display and the report will be available.

  25. Using the Data for Decision Making • Each of the reports provides information for decision making: • Total Score: • Are we making progress? Are we moving toward implementation of 80% or above? • Subscale Score: • How are we scored on each subscale? Which are we making progress on and want to celebrate? Which do we need to provide more training on? • Item Score: • How did we score each item? Are there certain items that we want to pay particular attention to?
