Zio/Zio Plus TR70 Series Models • Only four models do it all: TR71, TR71-H, TR75, TR75-H • TR70/TR70-H have been replaced by TR71/TR71-H models xOnly 1 TR70 can be installed on any given sylk bus, and the address must be set to 1. Up to 4 TR71s and/or TR75s can be installed on any given sylk bus in any combination. If a TR70 resides on the bus, then the maximum number of Zios on the bus is 3.
Zio and Zio Plus New Parameter Capacity Depends on total memory usage, but typical examples: Expanded Memory Allows New Flexibility
ZioCustomizable Home Screens • Customizable Home screens • Multiple home screens can be saved to Zio • From the Home screen, the Tenant can make configured changes • Some sample home screens shown below: Mix and match options for the home screen as desired
Zio Contractor Mode • A contractor mode can be accessed. • Enter and exit the contractor mode by pressing Up, Down, and Middle softkey, then enter the password if password protected • In the contractor mode, you can choose the home screen, select parameter access to tenant (Yes or No as desired), and view/change parameters. • Parameters may include virtually any point in the controller. Scheduling is not accessible. • Sample parameter screens: Use the tool to set up how you want the parameter displayed
Scheduling at the Zio Wall Module • The Spyder schedule is easily accessible on the Zio Plus TR75 Wall Module • You can access either in the tenant mode (if unrestricted) and/or contractor mode. • Set each daily time period or event (labeled E1-E4) to occupied, unoccupied, or standby, each with it’s own start time. • The Zio Plus gives you access to the Schedule that resides in the Spyder. Access to the network schedule from the Zio is not currently supported.
Value Proposition – For Contractors • That need ease of programming and commissioning; a product that meets application/job needs; a solution for low cost job entry that is scalable for later integration; reduced labor costs, and revenue opportunities with new features and enhancements to sell to new and existing customers. • Honeywell’s Zio Plus • Provides added functionality, reduced installation cost and call backs; quick, direct, and secure access to all critical system information without a PC; and a simple and easy to understand user interface . Unlike competitive wall modules We do this by offering a standalone solution with Spyder & Zio Plus with scheduling that is scalable to a larger integrated solution later; the ability to add multiple Zios to the Sylk bus;access to scheduling directly at the Zio; two-wire Sylk bus connection; an improved UI with enumerated values and more information displayed on the Zio; twice as much memory on TR71 (vs. TR70) and over four times as much on the Zio Plus (TR75); and newly available network access to the Zio fan and system settings and setpoint limits– no need to go to wire sheets in WEBs-AX.
Value Proposition – For End Users/Building Owner • That needs systems flexibility for future expansion, energy savings, reduction in service fees, and increased control and visibility into the system. Honeywell’s Zio Plus • Provides a scalable and open system for expansion, added functionality that allows for scheduling and increased control; reduced installation cost and call backs; quick, direct, and secure access to critical system information without a PC; and a simple and easily understandable user interface . • Unlike competitive wall modules • We do this by offering a standalone solution with Spyder & Zio Plus with scheduling that is scalable to a larger integrated solution later; the ability to add multiple Zios to the Sylk bus;access to scheduling directly at the Zio; an improved UI with enumerated values and more information displayed on the Zio; newly available network access to the Zio fan and system settings and setpoint limits; and password protection of sensitive information.
Value Proposition – For Consulting Engineers • That need a scalable and non-proprietary system, a vast network of available installers who can also provide technical support, and a secure networkable solution with full controller access from the wall module • Honeywell’s Zio Plus • Provides systems flexibilityfor future expansion, energy savings, and multiple trained contractors in any given geography to support installations. • Unlike competitive wall module-controller offerings • We do this by offering a standalone solution with Spyder & Zio Plus for smaller jobs and scalability to move to an integrated solution built on Niagara open systems architecture; the ability to integrate multiple Zios with Sylk, a network of trained and certified controls contractors, and password protection of sensitive information at the wall module.
