When selecting more than one choice at a college or university, the order of your choices can matter. • They tend to exhaust one selection before they move to the next. • Portfolio requirements slow down the process. • Verify which universities will make alternate offers.

They need a reason to give money to you. • Adapt your letter to the scholarship you are seeking. • Most scholarships go untouched.
