Geographic Features of Thailand total: 514,000 sq km land: 511,770 sq km water: 2,230 sq km • Thailand is the 51st largest country by total area and is slightly larger than Spain
Climate of Thailand • Thailand is Tropical and Humid • The weather in Thailand varies between the northern part of the country and the southern areas. • Bangkok is the centre point between the two areas • The area of Thailand north from Bangkok city has three seasons while the southern Thailand areas have only two seasons. • Droughts and land slides are quite common
