Why should I leave here tonight feeling excited about my child’s school year? • I promise that I will continue to embrace your child for who they are. • My teaching is based on the strengths and needs of each child. Your child’s social, emotional, and academic needs will be met each day. • I will maintain open communication; please do the same. I am interested in creating a trusting relationship with you and your family so we can work together for your child. • I will have fun with your child. We will laugh together, but our fun will not impede on our learning. • I love my job. Your child will know that. (I hope you know that, too!)
