Bill Pay To use Bill Pay, you must first be signed up for Online Banking, Enroll for Mobiliti, and Enroll for Bill Pay • To sign up for Online Banking • Go to our homepage www.communitybank.org • Click on “Personal Enrollment” or “Commercial Enrollment” under Online Access • Click “I Agree” in the lower right hand corner • Complete the enrollment form • Click “Submit” in the lower right hand corner • To Enroll for Mobiliti • Go to our homepage www.communitybank.org • Follow the simple 6 step process OR • Watch the video tutorial • To Enroll for Bill Pay • Go to our homepage www.communitybank.org & Login under Online Access • Click on “Bill Pay/Check Free” on the left hand side of the accounts screen • Review Terms & Conditions and click “I Agree” • Review and update Enrollment Screen as necessary and click “Submit”
Bill Pay Step 1: Enroll for Bill Pay • Click on “Bill Pay / Check Free” Review Terms & Conditions • Click on “I Agree”
Bill Pay Step 2: Enrollment Confirmation Screen • Review and update enrollment screen as necessary • Click “Submit” • You will receive an e-mail confirmation with the subject “Welcome to Bill Pay” authenticating your enrollment.
Bill Pay Step 3: Pick a bill you want to pay—two methods • Search—Enter name of company or person OR • Select—From pre-identified list or your own entries
Bill Pay Step 4: Search—Pick a bill you want to pay • If no results, create entry • Complete the requested info and click the “Magnifying glass”
Bill Pay Step 5: Search—Pick a bill you want to pay • Click “Other Company” OR • Click “Person”
Bill Pay Step 6: Search—Enter Bill Info • Complete the requested information • Click “Save Changes”
Bill Pay Step 7: Search—Choose how much and when • Enter payment information and date • Click “Make Payment”
Bill Pay Step 8: Search—Confirmation • You will receive a confirmation screen (example below) • You can also change, cancel, or pay another bill
Bill Pay Step 9: Select—Pick a bill you want to pay • From pre-identified list or your own entries • Click on the appropriate box (i.e. US Cellular)
Bill Pay Step 10: Select—Enter Bill Info • Enter the requested information and click “Next Step”
Bill Pay Step 11: Select—Choose how much and when (Similar to “Pay Other Company / Person” example) • Enter the payment information and date • Click “Make Payment”
Bill Pay Step 12: Select—Confirmation (Similar to “Pay Other Company / Person” example) • You will receive a confirmation screen (example below) • You can also change, cancel, or pay another bill

Bill Pay In order to utilize Bill Pay with your mobile app, you will first need to be set up with "Bill Pay" through your Online Banking. • Tap "Payments" on your screen and then tap “Pay Bills” • Tap “Make a Payment" • Choose the biller and account to pay from • Enter amount and tap “Next” and then enter the date and tap “Next” • Confirm the payment information and tap “Yes” to complete payment!
