  2. ADMITS Hosting • Move from SPAWAR San Diego to BOL • 75K/year savings • Funding available for upgrades • Must log on to BOL website at: https://bol.navy.mil • Active duty have access to BOL. Civilians and contractors must submit SAAR.

  3. Account Registration • If you do not have an ADMITS account: • Request an account registration form at MILL_ADMITS@navy.mil.  • Fill out the form according to the instruction printed on the bottom. • Commanding Officers automatically signed up for online DAAR approval.

  5. Record Check • Click on Record Check • Enter the SSN • Contents • Lab Positives • DAARs • Screening • Treatment • Training

  7. DAAR Hold File • Over 4500 DAARs pending approval (hold) • DAARs in holding are not approved • DAAR entered in ADMITS by DAPA • FAX signed copy to ADMITS 901-874-6655 (DSN 882) • Approved on line by CO or designated representative

Commanding Officer Approval • Commanding Officer (CO) approving electronic DAARs is an option and is not mandatory • The CO may elect to delegate this authority (we recommend that it is not the DAPA) • Should the CO elect to delegate this authority, you must send ADMITS a copy of the letter of delegation • This letter must state it is for the purpose to sign/approve DAARs and this authority is delegated to an individual (name) and not to an assigned position i.e. XO

  10. Commanding Officer Approval • Log into ADMITS website and from the content menu select Import/Export Menu • Click Import Holding File DAAR

  11. Commanding Officer Approval • Enter the UIC and hit SEARCH. Type an upper case Y in the Import? (Y/D) column on the designated DAAR and hit the NEXT button.

  12. Commanding Officer Approval • Hit Import Another to enter an additional DAAR. Hit Close to complete a single DAAR entry.

Reporting • Alcohol Incident – An offense punishable under the UCMJ or civilian authority committed by a member where, in the judgment of the member’s commanding officer, the consumption of alcohol was a contributing factor • Incidents vs. Referrals • DAAR - Method of Referral • Command Referral • Self Referral • Military Police • Civilian Police

Reporting • New Method of Identification – Command Incident • Alcohol Incident • Not civilian or military police related • Incidents/Referrals identified on “Unit Profile” • Primary Substance (new) • Synthetic THC (Spice) • MDPV/Methedrone (Bath Salts) • Hydocodone/Hydromorphone (90 day notice) • Benzodiazepine (90 day notice)
