HIRP – GSTS KEY ACTION PLAN – Q3 YEAR 2010I-CLEAN – CLEANLINESS OF GUEST ROOM – IMPACT 0.8 • Based on the findings from I-Clean audits(Attached Chart): • The top 3 weakness of Room Attendants identified are: • Mirror have smudges, finger prints and stained. • Furnishing has dust. • Shower stall, tub, vanity & sink – soap scum. • Actions taken to improve the above: • i) Training conducted on 28th November for mirror cleaning. • ii) Some mirrors are defective which caused stained – to change • during renovation. • i) Proper cleaning cloth provided to room attendants for dusting. • ii) Training was conducted in Oct. • i) Soap scum are mainly found on the floors of shower stalls. Training • conducted with correct usage of chemicals for removing soap scum.
