  1. Determination of Albumin Concentration by MIP QCM Sensor Speaker : Thong-Yueh Lin

  2. Loading curves of different MIP thin film

  3. The amount of adsorption for different MIP thin films

  4. Selectivity of DMAPMA-TMPTMA thin film

  5. Conclusions The protein mixture could be analyzed by HPLC. 2.The MIP thin film coated on Au-OH electrode indicated the highest albumin adsorption. 3.The MIP thin film coated on Au-NH2 electrode indicated the shortest stable time. = albumin : cytochrome c : myoglobin : lysozyme = 1.4 : 1.0 : 1.5 : 3.1 2. Selectivity mole ratio of MIP = albumin : cytochrome c : myoglobin : lysozyme = 9.1 : 2.9 : 2.8 : 1

  6. Conclusions 4.The DMAPMA-TMPTMA MIP thin film showed the highest albumin adsorption amount. 5.The Selectivity of DMAPMA-TMPTMA thin film coated on QCM was cytochrome C: lysozyme: albumin: myoglobin= 160:1:1942:30. .
