  9. Referral code • Current customers will refer friends using a personal referral code: • Online • Through MyAccount • Using print collateral • A personal and unique referral code will be generated for every new CLEAR customer

Following up • Customer will enter friends info on a personalized URL (PURL) • Email is sent to both the customer and their friend about the referral • After 30 days, if the friend has not yet signed up for CLEAR service, email is sent to customer as a reminder • When the friend signs up to become a CLEAR customer • New customer will receive an email with their Clear365 reward code • Current customer will receive an email: • with their Clear365 reward code or • informing them their AMEX branded reward card has been sent
