E.T. and C-17 Strains of Drosophila Larva Stained. Olivia Roberts-Sano and Jessica Wu. This is an image of the E.T. larva head. There is some staining in the tissue of the head, below the atrium, but we were unable to find an image clear enough to determine exactly what the tissue is.

This is an image of the E.T. larva head. There is some staining in the tissue of the head, below the atrium, but we were unable to find an image clear enough to determine exactly what the tissue is. www.biol.sc.edu/~vogt/courses/neuro/flylarva.pdf
This is an image of the E.T. strain of larva back end. There is some staining in the tissue near the anus, but we were unable to find an image clear enough to determine exactly what the tissue is. www.biol.sc.edu/~vogt/courses/neuro/flylarva.pdf
This is an image of a mounted E.T. strain larva. The trachea filaments are stained in blue below. We believe the dark tube section is a piece of the main trachea. www.biol.sc.edu/~vogt/courses/neuro/flylarva.pdf
This is the C-17 strain of the larva. The mid and hind intestine are shown in the mount. The hind intestine is shown in the dark blue stain, which we know because the hindgut midgut junction can be seen as well as the hindgut constriction. www.biol.sc.edu/~vogt/courses/neuro/flylarva.pdf
This is the C-17 strain of the larva. The mid and hind intestine are shown in the mount. We believe that the darkly stained portion is the hindgut, but the image is too unclear to be definite. www.biol.sc.edu/~vogt/courses/neuro/flylarva.pdf
