Fourteenth NISN Customers’ Forum 3 Networx Networx is a multi-award GSA contract Awarded Mar-2007 to AT&T, Qwest and Verizon NISN Submitted SOWs to GSA for scope approval Grouped all NISN Services into 4 RFQs which were issued to the Networx vendors NISN and NASA Procurement are using the FAR Fair Opportunity Process to select the carriers for each NISN service type
