What We Already Have • Most IP-PBX’s and Endpoints are HD-Capable • Most existing LANs & WANs have bandwidth • Bandwidth(G.722) == Bandwidth(G.711) • Conferencing Benefits of HDVoice are well-known • Easier to identify who is talking • Better understanding of accented speakers • Distinguish words during double-talk • Overcome noise & other impairments • Better recordings (webinar playback) & transcriptions • Less repetition

Marketing Approach • HD is a “natural” evolution of communications • In every other technology domain, things get BOTH better AND cheaper with time! • Voice is due for an upgrade! • HD is a “feature” that should be part of every offer • Make it one element of a growing suite
We Need No Extra Charges • G.722 uses the same bandwidth as G.711 • End-points and PBX’s are already capable • SIP connections are CHEAPER than PSTN • ZipDX charges for wideband are DISCOUNTED • We offer additional features to SIP callers
