  7. Course Curriculum WRITING • Reinforce Writing Mechanics/Organization • Write Effectively- • Focus-Content-Organization-Sentences-Conventions • Various Essay Types • Persuasive, Informative, Creative

  8. Course Curriculum GRAMMAR (focus on SAT success) • In-depth review of mechanics and usage • Will review about eight different units • Not taught ‘mutually exclusive’ from literature and writing • Need to identify within literature and include within writings
