Outputs (1) • Increased empowerment of village residents in bio-security and HPAI prevention and control through an expansion of a government-funded, streamlined PDSR system • Reduced HPAI-infected poultry from commercial farms through improved cooperation among all stakeholders • Reduced H5N1 virus at selected critical control points in the market chain through improved biosecurity practices by related stakeholders

Outputs (2) • Improved bio-security practices in backyard and commercial duck-raising • Reduction of HPAI in poultry farms through widespread use of locally produced vaccines as appropriate based on local antigens and new strains monitored • Strengthened veterinary services at central, provincial, and district levels with increased commitment from related stakeholders

  4. Output 1: Increased empowerment of village residents in bio-security and HPAI prevention and control through an expansion of a government-funded, streamlined PDSR system

  5. Output 2: Reduced HPAI-infected poultry from commercial farms through improved cooperation among all stakeholders

  6. Output 3: Reduced H5N1 virus at selected critical control points in the market chain through improved bio-security practices by related stakeholders
