“Father’s Third Son” - Further Activities Information Training Communication Campaigns and Activities • Basic IT skills • Skills in using e-services Information about the benefits that people can get using Internet and computers, as well as other ICT at libraries; Motivation and encouragement to those who haven’t yet been confident to come to libraries. • Interactive training for: • - Children under 4th grade; • People with disabilities; • Seniors. • Training programs and materials. • Teaching methodology for librarians. • Trainings completed in cooperation • with service providers (inbox.lv, • e-latvenergo, etc.).
“The World a Mouse-click Away” • Informative travelling exhibition: • Campaign lasting from March 31 to June 15, 2009; • Exposure: 30 expositions, 27 opening events in all administrativeregions of Latvia; • Six parallel exhibitions exposed in frequently visited public places, mostly supermarkets, with duration two weeks; • High reach of target audiences due to the places of exposition and media relations.
