Why “OCTAVIAN GOGA” CLUJ COUNTY LIBRARY as partner for ENTITLE project? • “Octavian Goga” Cluj County Library carries out its activity in Cluj-Napoca which is considered to be the cultural capital of Transilvania, north-vest region in Romania; • Our library has recently benefited from a new building of 5040 square metres, especially built for a public library; • We have a pro-active attitude for providing new services for users; • We have the capability to influence public libraries in Romania. Why “OCTAVIAN GOGA” CLUJ COUNTY LIBRARY as partner for ENTITLE project? • over 750,000 documents: books, serials, audio-visual documents, electronic and other types of documents; • an electronic catalogue which reflects about 75,90% of the lending stock (through an integrated library software); • VPN (Virtual Private Network) between the main building and the branches; • Internet access to public users; ENTITLE kick off meeting, London
