  2. PhilYES Mission Statement To be a strong network of Filipino Youth organizations and individuals from the civil society, government, business and other sectors, working together for the institutionalization of Sustainable Livelihood;

  3. To be an effective affiliate of national and international organizations and networks to work collectively to achieve the common goal of alleviating youth poverty through Sustainable Livelihood

  4. PhilYES Goal Decade campaign of action so that an additional 1M Filipino young adult, especially youth facing poverty will have an additional and productive sustainable livelihood and employment by the year 2012.
