  2. What is it? • Relationship market is the process of building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers. • Basically it attempts to satisfy the needs and wants of consumers in result of them purchasing products.

  3. What purpose does it serve? • Why do we have it? Basically the purpose of it is to allow consumers to have knowledge of the fact that they are important to the business • Without satisfied customers they business will fail to successfully sell products. • Also suppling a range of different products allows them to have a choice. If this is not accomplished customers will become uninterested and shop elsewhere.
