Manufacturing BOM Workability Statistics 1,582 BOMs loaded 1110 BOMs auto created 472 BOMs manually created 108 BOMs left to create Plans to Complete up to 2,170 BOMs 1,582 BOMs completed to date 108 BOMs in process 480 additional BOMs scheduled to be sent throughout April Plans to Complete Next 200 BOMs – 2,370 Total Beginning in April BOMs for new releases >= 25k will be sent 200 additional BOMs scheduled for the first two weeks of May Plans to send hard drive of ~1,500 source masters (DDPs) by 3/31 Coordinate with BOM schedule above for remaining DDPs Film schedule will be defined in the Physical Transition Plans

Incorporate UPS MI International service into carrier translation table. Finalize sales order mapping to set default values for zero-dollar items. Ship Confirm successfully transmitted back to WMG to verify data. • Process Document created for WMG to load Inbound Kit FG orders into OPM via UpNet for receiving. Testing in Process • Pre-pack Table development complete. Testing in process • Pre-pack Packing List Development complete • Next 2 weeks plans • Complete Inbound Kit Orders process • Test Outbound Kit/Pre-pack packing list • Major Issues / Concerns • None at this time

Approximately 80% completed. • Next 2 weeks plans • Warner will complete the development for ASN process and test • Complete UAT testing • Revisit the FPM and verify WMG processing rules • Plan for Cutover RPM production • Major Issues / Concerns • Some development is still needed for PCC
