  4. Branch Rickey invited Jackie Robinson to be the first African-American person to play baseball with white people. Branch Rickey

  5. Oliver Brown started Brown vs. Board of education which was a court case that made segregation illegal in schools. Oliver and Linda Brown

  6. Martin Luther King Jr. helped stop segregation and he wanted freedom. The beginning of his speech went like, “I Have A Dream.” Martin Luther King Jr.
