  3. B. Conserving Water Conservation- using a resource wisely so that it will not be used up Small efforts can add up in the home In agriculture using pipes wasted less water In industry- reduce, reuse, recycle

  4. C. Fresh Water for the Future Need to make salt water drinkable Desalination- obtaining freshwater from saltwater Distillation- boil out the salt Very expensive- a lot of energy is needed Icebergs are another source of freshwater-how would it affect the environment
